Summary
Join Mogli Technologies as a Partner Account Manager and drive the success of our Salesforce SI and ISV partnerships. You will be the primary contact for our partner ecosystem, building strong relationships, leading strategic engagement, and creating new revenue opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer teams to quarterback partner-driven opportunities, ensuring partners feel supported and aligned. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, independent work, proactive communication, and relationship-building skills. You will manage partner relationships, lead onboarding and enablement, conduct regular communication, and contribute to pipeline development. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or B2B SaaS sales—ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem
- A relationship-first mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence
- Comfort running product demos, speaking to technical capabilities, and connecting use cases to value
- Proactive communication style—you keep people in the loop, make thoughtful asks, and stay a few steps ahead
- Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage partner activities and pipeline
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key SI and ISV partners in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Nurture and grow existing partner accounts while identifying new, high-potential partnerships in partnership with our Partnership Business Development Representative
- Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement, including technical demos and product training
- Conduct regular communication cadences and quarterly business reviews to drive alignment and growth
- Work closely with the Partner BDR, Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to drive joint success and partner-influenced revenue
- Serve as Quarterback by collaborating closely with our sales team and partners through the entire client lifecycle
- Serve as the strategic hub between internal teams and external partners, coordinating deal motions, go-to-market efforts, and partner communications
- Lead or co-lead partner-facing events like webinars, virtual trainings, and industry events—with support from marketing and the partner team
- Help generate partner-influenced pipelines through education, demand generation activities, strategic relationship building, and revenue generating programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner and deal data in Salesforce to ensure transparency and enable effective reporting
- Act as a connector and advocate—helping partners identify where Mogli fits into their client strategies and shepherding referrals to our sales team
