CRM Intern - Data Analysis in China

Summary

The role is for a CRM Intern who will work closely with the CRM team to support customer relationship management initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business with Quantitative methods/ Data analytics. focus and Computer Science or related fields, strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Python, SQL experience as a plus, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business with Quantitative methods/ Data analytics. focus and Computer Science or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands on experience in Python
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work at least 2-3 working days per week

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship management initiatives
• Conduct data analysis and reporting on customer behavior and trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute CRM campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Identify market opportunities for improving CRM and system deployment processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate in the retail or FMCG industry
• SQL experience in a plus
