Summary

The job is for a CRM Product Manager responsible for delivering innovative solutions across the Salesforce platform to power world-positive lending. The role involves collaborating with various teams, setting product vision, and managing technology product development. Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• 5+ years in a Product Manager capacity
• Experience implementing and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
• Adept with Agile, Lean Start Up, and Design Thinking; experience with A/B Testing is a plus
• Proficient in defining well-thought out user stories, with thorough acceptance criteria and use cases
• Strong program management skills, experience with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize data
• A passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb customer experience
• Superior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, and be able to tell a compelling story
• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process and an Agile development methodology
• Vendor management experience is a plus
• Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills
• Curiosity to continually reevaluate existing designs
• Effective in partnering cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative solutions across the Salesforce platform to power world-positive lending
• Collaborate with user experience and design, business, and technology partners across the enterprise to build experiences that delight end users
• Shape the product roadmap and vision of the Salesforce platform
• Become the resident expert for your assigned product area
• Work closely with senior leaders to set ambitious and clear product vision
• Be responsible for all aspects of technology product development including discovery, requirements gathering, development, and implementation of features
• Coordinate seamless Go-to-Market activities
• Motivate the engineering squad to leverage individual strengths to overcome challenges
• Foster an environment of trust, effectively communicating within the squads and with an ecosystem of stakeholders
• Regularly provide updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, partners, squad members, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus

Benefits

• $125,000 - $150,000 a year
• This role may also be eligible for a bonus
