Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation
- 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry (or related)
- 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Professional Services, or a related function
- Experience with marketing automation strategy and execution
- A passion for helping customers and a customer-first mindset
- Extensive experience with service deliverables, ideally within Xplor Technologies or similar platforms
- Expertise in implementing strategic visions and best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client-facing abilities
- High ethical standards, empathy, humility, and strong listening skills
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, and alignment with Xplorโs vision
- A keen understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and tactics
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier services in the boutique fitness industry to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention
- Support the development of a high-touch product by automating marketing consulting at scale
- Efficiently implement services with accountability and a customer-first mindset
- Follow clear delivery procedures for Xplor customers
- Combine SaaS expertise with consulting knowledge to address client needs
- Ensure consistent, efficient work while maintaining high-quality customer service in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Program automated email campaigns, including setting up merge tags and creating campaign segments
- Draft email copy for automated campaigns aimed at achieving specific customer goals
- Create brand-specific landing pages and forms

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $60k to $70k
- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus
