Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design and conversion rate optimization
• Strong expertise in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies for design and optimization
• Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating user personas and journeys
• A diverse portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects and successful CRO case studies
• Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies that align with business goals and user needs, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making
• Create user-centered designs by developing interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance user experiences and drive conversions
• Analyze user behavior patterns and pain points through session recordings and analytics to develop actionable insights that improve overall user experience
• Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives, including designing experiments and analyzing results to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences based on empirical data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, iteratively refine strategies and designs, and implement changes that enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates
• Present strategic insights, design concepts, and CRO initiatives to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind decisions and fostering alignment across teams
