Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in web strategy and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of UX, SEO, analytics, and CMS platforms (AEM preferred)
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Google Analytics, and other key MarTech tools
  • Familiarity with AI-based personalization and digital customer journeys
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with technical and creative stakeholders
  • Able to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a web strategy that supports growth, lead generation, and brand alignment
  • Oversee website content, structure, and design in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical enhancements, and content optimization
  • Use analytics tools to monitor web performance and identify actionable insights
  • Partner with CRM, campaign, and design teams to support integrated marketing efforts
  • Lead site optimization through A/B testing, UX audits, and CRO tactics
  • Coordinate content updates and regional variations to support global markets
  • Collaborate with IT on platform maintenance, technical architecture, and CMS updates
  • Ensure accessibility, mobile usability, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Support campaign landing page creation and ad hoc digital requests as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships for web-related services
  • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting B2B websites and global audiences is a plus
