CRO Data Analyst

Summary

The job description is for a Data Analyst position at Leadtech, a digital business company based in Barcelona. The role involves improving workflow of apps, cooperating with marketing and product teams, recommending and analyzing multivariate experiments, and monitoring improvements. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in STEM field or similar, at least 3 years of experience working as an analyst and user flow, experience in e-commerce, experience with data visualization tools and A/B testing, and optional knowledge of SQL and experience in acquisition funnels.

Responsibilities

• Work within the CRO team to provide insights to improve the workflow of the apps
• Deeply understand the process of acquisition of users in order to analyze/provide valuable proposals
• Cooperate with Marketing and Product teams to actively increase project profitability
• Recommend and analyze multivariate experiments
• Analyze performance impact of any product and marketing strategy changes
• Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more
• Monitor the impact of the improvements through the apps’ new versions
• Participate in periodical strategic meetings with CRO, Product and Marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL (optional)
• Experience in acquisition funnels (optional)
