Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Hands-on experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.), and experience with SEMRush/Ahrefs
  • Proven experience with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
  • Strong understanding of Unbounce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website modifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Proven project management skills for multiple ongoing projects and tasks
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companyโ€™s success
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal skills with a team-player mentality
  • Bachelorโ€™s in Marketing or similar field required. Alternatively, relevant coursework or certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or web technologies will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize website, landing page, and intake form performance
  • Analyze website and funnel analytics to identify areas of improvement, content initiatives, and opportunities for conversion lifts
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test variations and track results
  • Interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve website performance and user experience
  • Develop and maintain a robust CRO roadmap aligned with overall business objectives
  • Conduct regular competitive analyses on methodologies and practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends and best practices
  • Track and report on conversion metrics, trends, and test results to key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Masterโ€™s in Marketing, MBA or similar relevant field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
