Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in corporate sustainability or related fields
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, SASB) and familiarity with CSRD requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects related to the implementation of CSRD requirements within the organization, ensuring timely and on-budget completion
- Work with internal teams, including finance, sustainability, operations, and external consultants, to gather necessary ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data
- Collect, analyze, and track sustainability data to support reporting objectives and improve data quality
- Prepare and oversee the creation of sustainability reports, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and effectively communicate the organization’s sustainability efforts
- Oversee the organization’s compliance with CSRD regulations by coordinating data collection, validation, and reporting efforts across departments
- Identify potential risks or issues related to CSRD compliance and escalate them to senior management with mitigation strategies
- Implement and manage systems and processes for efficient and accurate sustainability data collection, reporting, and analysis
- Provide regular project updates to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones
- Identify and implement improvements to the reporting process to enhance compliance, efficiency, and accuracy
- Provide training to internal teams on CSRD requirements and best practices for sustainability data management and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in sustainability, environmental science, project management, or related field
- Experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or regulatory compliance
