Requirements
- Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and management of teams

- Environment: aware of the challenges faced on a rewards role in a global and highly matrixed company
Responsibilities
- Design and manage salary review and reward programs
- Supervise the conception and implementation of salary reviews
- Conceive and implement reward programs in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Audit reward processes, identify best practices, and recommend improvements
- Ensure alignment of rewards initiatives across different geographic zones
- Collaborate with Rewards Partners to implement global rewards strategies
- Provide tools, guidelines, and ongoing support to Rewards Partners
- Manage benefits and employee stock ownership programs
- Develop and manage benefits programs for Ubisoft employees
- Participate in the implementation of EU directive 2023/970 on transparency of remuneration
- Work on equity salary and talent retention projects
- Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP (Oracle) coupled with a new HRIS (SIRH Oracle HCM)
- Facilitate market intelligence and benchmarking processes
- Conduct market studies to stay informed about remuneration trends and benchmarks
- Help concretize the company's remuneration philosophy and align it with strategic objectives
- Identify opportunities to align rewards processes globally, ensure harmonization, and standardize practices
- Manage a team of 7 people, ensuring their professional development and engagement
