Requirements

• Cultural Acumen: A proven track record of success in designing and implementing impactful culture and employee experience initiatives
• Analytical Thinker: Demonstrated analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving, enabling you to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions
• Strategic Planning & Organization Skills: Ability to structure and lead projects efficiently

• Develop and manage comprehensive recognition programs that celebrate both individual and team contributions, reinforcing our company culture and values
• Design and deliver exceptional employee experiences, cultivating a positive and thriving workplace culture, rooted in our leadership principles
• Partner with teams across the organization to develop and execute company-wide culture-related programs that are seamlessly aligned with our mission, vision, and values
• Act as a strategic consultant on culture-related topics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance cultural alignment
• Develop and utilize metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of culture initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement and overall culture
