Summary

Join Rackner as a Curriculum Developer to support the DoD program, Platform One. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will develop and continuously enhance training materials and curriculum for onboarding DoD product teams. You will create and maintain a virtual onboarding experience that includes workshops and training sessions. Your expertise in instructional design and educational material development will be crucial in ensuring that curriculum and learning objectives are up-to-date with the latest Platform One features, technology changes, and policy updates.

Requirements

• Experience/knowledge in curriculum development and instructional design
• Creating technical training materials and educational content
• Developing training programs for technical subjects, especially in the context of software development and DevSecOps
• Platform One tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
• Instructional design and educational material development
• Virtual training platforms and e-learning technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously enhance training materials and curriculum for onboarding DoD product teams
• Create and maintain a virtual onboarding experience that includes workshops and training sessions
• Ensure that curriculum and learning objectives are up-to-date with the latest Platform One features, technology changes, and policy updates
• Conduct post-workshop retrospectives and customer satisfaction surveys to support continuous improvement of learning objectives and training materials
• Provide monthly status reports on curriculum and learning objectives
