Summary

Join ReSource Pro as a Customer Experience Associate and provide front-line customer service support to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will manage inbound/outbound calls and emails, provide exceptional customer service, complete client tasks, and collaborate with colleagues. This role requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in computer skills. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails as a subject matter expert
  • Provide clear communication to brokers and insurers (via phone, email, and chat)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to client customers
  • Complete requested client/broker tasks and processes
  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to meet client needs
  • Contribute to the achievement of internal team goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance background/knowledge
  • A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures
  • Associates degree
