- Prior experience in a client-facing or account management role

- Good proficiency in English and business proficiency in Japanese
Responsibilities
- Support the success of HubSpot customers in Japan using HubSpot tools
- Become an expert in inbound sales and marketing and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for HubSpot products and inbound marketing methodology
- Provide excellent service to customers through timely communication via phone and email
- Manage a high volume of tasks, resolve customer challenges and escalations
- Coach customers on HubSpot products through online presentations and demonstrations to drive product adoption and account retention
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver programs that drive tool usage and retention, including creating, translating, and reviewing customer communications in Japanese
- Identify and present suitable leads to the sales team
- Learn and grow with other Customer Success Managers
