Summary

Join WorkMotion's Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Associate and contribute to a global, remote-first company. You will be responsible for resolving client and talent concerns, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with 3-5 years of client-facing experience in a remote environment. Requirements

  • Fluency in English- written and spoken
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships
  • Effective collaborator, able to support other team members
  • Ability to monitor the progress of your requests and anticipate roadblocks
  • Show resilience in times of pressure
  • A quiet environment for making calls and a reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Critically analyse and respond to queries from our customers and their employees
  • Proactively track requests and ensure they are 100% resolved - own your work from A to Z
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients and talents
  • Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Assist in improving our internal processes and knowledge system
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, driving continuous improvements in processes

  • Remote working experience
  • Worked with international companies
  • HR knowledge is a plus
