Summary

Join GameChanger's 10-week paid summer internship program as a Customer Experience Intern, starting June 9th and ending August 15th. You'll contribute to providing exceptional user experiences, leveraging data insights to improve workflows and inform product development. Responsibilities

  • Solve real-world problems for our users and our team
  • Find insights from our Customer Experience data and package it for cross-functional teammates
  • Gain experience working with our CX tech stack, including Zendesk, generative chatbot, and agent assist tools
  • Collaborate with and receive mentorship from teammates across our Customer Experience and Support teams
  • Learn how to contribute to a data-driven impact model

Preferred Qualifications
