Summary
Join the Smartly team as a Customer Experience Specialist, delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in service delivery or relationship management
- Confident, personable individual with great communication skills
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the implementation process
- Assist existing customers to implement new products
- Proactively contact customers, understand their needs and challenges, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
- Identify and execute on opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working with sales to maximise revenue on new accounts
