Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation process
• Assist existing customers to implement new products
• Proactively contact customers, understand their needs and challenges, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
• Identify and execute on opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working with sales to maximise revenue on new accounts
