Summary

Join OGC, a leading research and consulting agency, as a full-time Customer Experience (CX) Survey Specialist. You will work as an embedded expert with a major client, serving as their Qualtrics subject matter expert and supporting a large-scale global CX program. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days per week in the client's New York office. You will build and test Qualtrics surveys, manage deployment, maintain survey guidelines, and coordinate project timelines. This position offers exposure to various market research methodologies and requires strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Social Science, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in market research, survey programming, or project management
  • Deep familiarity with Qualtrics
  • Proficiency in Excel for basic analysis and reporting
  • Basic HTML coding skills for survey maintenance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills to navigate technical and logistical challenges
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and test surveys using Qualtrics and ensure their smooth operation, including login processes, testing, and coordination
  • Oversee backend processes to maintain survey functionality and reliability
  • Manage survey deployment across multiple languages and countries
  • Maintain and update survey guidelines, including performing basic HTML coding for survey maintenance
  • Coordinate project timelines across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Provide clear and concise updates to managers and clients
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills to drive project success
