Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategy for using tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience
  • Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective tooltips, tours, and surveys
  • Measure the effectiveness of tooltips, tours, and surveys and make improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to answer user questions and feedback
