The job is for a CRM Specialist (User Experience Specialist) who will improve user experience through tooltips, tours, surveys, etc. They will collaborate with designers, developers, and other teams, measure effectiveness, and work with customer support.

Requirements

• Strong design, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in tooltips, tours, and survey implementation
• Experience in UX/UI design
• Experience in user research
• Experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of Chameleon, Customer.io , OneSignal or others CRM Sportbooks systems
• CRM oriented
• Understanding of the gaming industry
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy for using tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience
• Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective tooltips, tours, and surveys
• Measure the effectiveness of tooltips, tours, and surveys and make improvements as needed
• Collaborate with the customer support team to answer user questions and feedback
