Summary
Join Deel, a global leader in international payroll and compliance, and lead a team of Implementation Managers. You will develop your team through coaching and mentorship, drive data migration processes for new customers, and resolve customer escalations. This role requires strong leadership skills, SaaS experience, and HR implementation expertise. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuously improve internal processes. Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation
- 3 + years of HR implementation experience
- 3 + of Data Migration / ETL experience
- 2+ years of professional experience leading a team; passion for supporting and guiding a teamβs growth, career progress, and job performance
- Relentless prioritization and time management

- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
- Flexibility to scale and adapt to changing organizations and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop a team of Implementation Managers through hands-on coaching and mentorship
- Drive the HCM Data Migration Methodology and processes for new customers
- Successfully resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive relationships
- Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices
- Continuously evaluate, improve, and streamline internal processes for increased simplicity and efficiency
- Support hiring & onboarding of new Implementation Managers
- Track, monitor & continuously improve performance on key metrics & KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to create a seamless customer journey
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to continuously improve product functionality based on customer feedback in Implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
- Experience working on a remote team
- Experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up
- Fintech or HR tech experience
- Multilingual abilities
