Customer Operations Manager

Summary

Join Autohero's 1st Level Customer Service Team as a Customer Advisor/Call Center Agent and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with questions and concerns. Your friendly and professional approach ensures customers feel well-cared for. Requirements

• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in private customer service
• You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Team play and a hands-on mentality characterize you
• You bring a positive basic attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form - English skills are advantageous as well as confident handling of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact and accompany your customers from the completed order to the vehicle handover
• Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles
• Always maintain an overview of upcoming tasks and set priorities within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• English skills are advantageous
• Confident handling of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)
