Customer Relations Associate

Summary

The job is a customer-facing role in AngelList's NYC office. The employee will serve as the operational center of excellence for General Partners, coordinate fund investments, troubleshoot client issues, and improve operational efficiency. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform efficiency and track client challenges.

Requirements

2 years of experience within a rapidly growing startup or fintech organization

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational center of excellence for AngelList’s customers by working closely with Account Managers to coordinate fund investments, troubleshoot client issues, and serve as subject matter expert on fund operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously surface new solutions for our GPs and achieve common goals. Facilitate communication and coordination across functions to ensure smooth execution for client deliverables
