Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 1–2 years of customer success, support, project management or a related experience (SaaS is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP EHS, including configuration, implementation, or authoring
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with onboarding processes and providing basic training to help clients get started with our products
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers through email, video calls, and check-ins to address questions or concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are met
  • Tracking customer progress and usage to identify opportunities for additional support or engagement
  • Helping create and maintain customer resources, such as help articles, guides, and videos

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot experience is a bonus)
  • Enjoys working with customers and problem-solving in a collaborative environment
