Summary

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial, ideally with ticketing systems and telephony software
  • Be motivated, work in a structured and careful manner, and be a team player
  • Possess strong communication skills: actively listen, be reliable, and find the right words
  • Have proficient written and spoken German skills and be comfortable using Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from business clients via phone and email regarding aftersales and operational issues
  • Resolve client issues and find appropriate solutions for each inquiry
  • Support dealers with logistics, document delivery, payments, and complaints
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Maintain and manage company overviews, reports, and customer data with accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
