As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and social media, resolving incidents and managing inquiries. You will work remotely from home in Spain, offering support in Dutch and Spanish or English. The afternoon shift is from 4 PM to 12 AM, five days a week, with a 30-minute break. Fever is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workspace.

Requirements

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be decisive and organized

  • High or Native Dutch level and fluent in Spanish or English
  • Candidates must reside in Spain

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service by e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated
  • Managing incoming calls and chats and customer service inquiries
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed

Preferred Qualifications

It is a plus previous experience with a ticketing system, desirable Zendesk
