Requirements

  • Previous experience as a customer service agent or in customer support, along with proven sales experience, is essential
  • Strong—ideally native-level—German skills, both written and spoken
  • Quick comprehension and a preference for independent work
  • Solid PC skills and reliability in handling data
  • Enjoy communication, interacting with customers, and working in a 100% remote environment with a vibrant digital community
  • A stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup are required

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for our clients’ customers, whether via chat, email, or phone
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with confidence and professionalism
  • Carry out and manage data changes, service requests, orders, etc. in our systems with care
  • Provide tailored solutions to customers based on your expertise
  • Handle customer service inquiries for various projects simultaneously to keep things diverse
  • Take on additional inbound and outbound sales tasks: we’re looking for people with strong sales affinity who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone!
