Customer Service Representative

Summary

Join our client, a leader in foot health, as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will act as a passionate customer advocate, providing seamless omnichannel support. You will be a product expert, solving customer issues and offering personalized solutions. You'll represent the brand authentically, fostering positive relationships. The position requires excellent communication, a customer-centric approach, and strong administrative and analytical skills. The schedule is 39 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (10 pm - 7 am), with a hybrid or work-from-home model based in Barcelona. The annual gross salary is €18,054, plus 24 calendar days of holiday.

• Fluent in English with exceptional grammar and spelling
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding
• Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail
• A professional and proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues effectively

Responsibilities

• Act as a passionate advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers
• Deliver seamless and exceptional customer support across all channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
• Analyse customer issues, identify root causes, and proactively offer personalized solutions
• Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationships
