Summary

Requirements

  • 2+ year of customer service experience handling voice accounts
  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate in navigating MS Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Review customer complaints, listen to customer phone calls, and review other documentation as available
  • Determine if a customer was misled or lied to during the sales process
  • Summarize findings in a write up as well as provide an initial opinion on if the nature of the customer complaint qualifies the customer for a refund
