Summary
Join ConnectOS, a top-rated Philippines employer, and work as a Customer Service Representative. You'll review customer complaints, analyze phone calls and documentation, and determine if customers were misled during sales. Your responsibilities include summarizing findings and providing an initial opinion on refund eligibility. This position requires 2+ years of customer service experience handling voice accounts, a Bachelor's Degree, strong reading comprehension, excellent communication skills, and intermediate MS Office skills. The schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM EST, and the pay is P250 per hour.
Requirements
- 2+ year of customer service experience handling voice accounts
- Bachelor's Degree of any course
- Strong reading comprehension
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate in navigating MS Office applications
Responsibilities
- Review customer complaints, listen to customer phone calls, and review other documentation as available
- Determine if a customer was misled or lied to during the sales process
- Summarize findings in a write up as well as provide an initial opinion on if the nature of the customer complaint qualifies the customer for a refund
