Summary

You will provide excellent customer service in English, Italian, and German, resolving order issues and payment disputes. Requirements

  • Have excellent language skills and an ability to express yourself in a clear and understandable way
  • Speak German, Italian and English fluently
  • Enjoy dealing with customers via e-mail or chat and if needed, on the phone
  • Have experience in 2nd level customer service support
  • Be communicative and be able to deal with stressful situations in a friendly and calm way
  • Find a solution for every problem and at the end of the day be happy to have made many of our customers happy
  • Love to work with great colleagues in a highly motivated team

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a pleasant experience in case of questions or difficulties with the order (post-purchase)
  • Solve problems of our customers and merchants to the greatest possible satisfaction
  • Make sure that refurbed customers become the happiest customers
  • Do all of this mostly via email, and sometimes via phone
  • Take over different projects within the team
  • Respond to customer reviews across various platforms, managing those reviews, and handling payment disputes efficiently
