Customer Service Representative

Summary

Join Everlight Solar as a Customer Service Representative, a fully remote, full-time, entry-level evening shift position with some weekend work. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing excellent service, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work nights & some weekends 4 days / 10 hours: 8am - 6pm CST alternating Saturdays 8am - 6pm CST

Responsibilities

• Handle high amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
• Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
• Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Establish and build relationships with our customers
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

Preferred Qualifications

Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
