Requirements

  • Minimum High School/GED Degree
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and support
  • Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers
  • Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lifelike flower arrangements
  • Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Attend companywide trainings, offsites, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network and promote Floral Image North America's offerings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience
  • Self- starter with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport and establish long-term relationships
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure long-term agreements
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
