Requirements

• Have proven experience in a customer service role
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
• Be proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
• Have 1 year of Customer service experience
• Have 1 year of Air Freight experience
