Requirements

  • 4-5 year of experience in a customer service/sales or support role
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Empathetic with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and issues
  • Assist customers with resolving complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system
  • Identify opportunities to improve our service and processes based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication

Benefits

  • Salary: Open Rate. $10 - $13/hr, based on your level of experience
  • Work Set-up: The role will be home-based initially but we need someone open to work hybrid once we have an office operational
