Summary
Join Deel and become a Customer Success Account Manager, contributing to Greenhouse's expansion in the APAC region. You will focus on customer retention, growth, product adoption, and optimization, partnering with clients to implement best talent acquisition practices. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success and requires a strategic, collaborative, and educational approach to customer engagement. The position involves managing mid-market customers in ANZ, handling renewals and expansion, acting as a hiring coach, and building strong customer relationships. Success in this role demands customer-facing experience and a background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Talent Acquisition. Greenhouse offers a remote-first work environment with shared office spaces and a performance review program with bonus structures.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of Mid-market customers in the ANZ region
- Be responsible for renewals and expansion
- Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers
- Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers organisations
- Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally
