Summary

Join Deel and become a Customer Success Account Manager, contributing to Greenhouse's expansion in the APAC region. You will focus on customer retention, growth, product adoption, and optimization, partnering with clients to implement best talent acquisition practices. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success and requires a strategic, collaborative, and educational approach to customer engagement. The position involves managing mid-market customers in ANZ, handling renewals and expansion, acting as a hiring coach, and building strong customer relationships. Success in this role demands customer-facing experience and a background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of Mid-market customers in the ANZ region
  • Be responsible for renewals and expansion
  • Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers
  • Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers organisations
  • Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally

  • An educator – you're a coach to customers on structured hiring practices, workflows, and Greenhouse's product suite
  • A problem solver - you’re not afraid to test, iterate, and chip in ideas when it comes to solutions; you roll with the punches and can adapt, but are excited to be a part of the fix
