Join Education Perfect as a Customer Success Administrator to support our ANZ team in managing customer accounts. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records in our platform to ensure data integrity
- Assist with securing class lists and enrolment data for the ANZ Customer Success Team
- Serve as a central point of contact for customer enquiries, requests and issues, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Process invoice amendments and redirect other customer enquiries to Sales, Finance or Support teams as needed
- Liaise with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on customer success initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that aim to improve the overall customer experience
- Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the CS ANZ Managers
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the education industry or experience with educational software platforms
