Requirements
- Have excellent language skills in English and Portuguese (at least C1 level)
- Have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills and be ready to master your speed-typing skill
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and educate customers on products via chat and email
- Troubleshoot problems for customers
- Coordinate solutions with IT and management
- Help customers build successful businesses
- Handle onboarding calls with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
- Have additional language skills such as Spanish, Italian, Polish, German, French, or Russian
- Be open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- Be an outgoing βpeople personβ with an upbeat attitude
- Be ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
