Summary
Join GetResponse as a Customer Success Advisor and provide outstanding customer support via chat and email. You will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, handle onboarding calls, and coordinate solutions with other teams. This role requires excellent English and Polish language skills (at least C1 level), online marketing acumen, and the ability to handle multiple interactions simultaneously. Requirements
- Have excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level)
- Have online marketing acumen
- Be open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- Have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills and be ready to master your speed-typing skill
- Be an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
- Be ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and educate customers on products by chat and email
- Troubleshoot problems for customers
- Handle onboarding calls with customers
- Coordinate solutions with IT and management
- Help customers build successful businesses
Preferred Qualifications
- Have some technical background
- Have additional language skills such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French, or Russian
