Summary

Join GetResponse as a Customer Success Advisor and provide exceptional customer support through chat and email. Your responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, handling onboarding calls, and coordinating solutions with other teams. You will work remotely, 5 days a week, in 8-hour shifts. The role requires excellent English and Polish language skills (C1 level), online marketing acumen, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • Have excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level)
  • Have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • Are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
  • Have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
  • Have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
  • Are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
  • Are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call

Responsibilities

  • Responding to enquiries and educating our Customers on our products by chat and email
  • Troubleshooting problems for Customers
  • Handling onboarding calls with customers
  • Coordinating solutions with IT and management
  • Helping customers build successful businesses

Preferred Qualifications

Any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French or Russian
