Summary
Join GetResponse as a Customer Success Advisor and help valued clients achieve their business goals. You will address customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat and email, working 8-hour shifts, five days a week. GetResponse is a SaaS company with a global, remote-friendly team. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, coordinating solutions, and handling onboarding calls. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English, Polish, and Spanish language skills (C1 level or higher), online marketing acumen, and superior communication skills. Requirements
- Have excellent language skills in English, Polish and Spanish (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Italian, Portuguese, German, French or Russian would be an asset
- Have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
- Are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- Have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
- Are an outgoing βpeople personβ with an upbeat attitude
- Are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries and educating our customers on our products by chat and email
- Troubleshooting problems for customers
- Coordinating solutions with IT and management
- Helping customers build successful businesses
- Handling onboarding calls with customers
