Summary

Join Pumpkin, a company committed to providing exceptional pet care, as a Customer Success Agent. You will drive new business by proactively prospecting, educating potential customers about Pumpkin's offerings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role demands a goal-oriented approach, focusing on converting leads into sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will make approximately 20-30 calls daily, handling inbound and outbound sales, and collaborating with your team to optimize sales and customer experience. Requirements

  • 2 years minimum experience in a sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales, successful lead generation, and new business development
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to obtain a P&C license at the expense of the Company within 30 days of employment; subject to state requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a successful conversion rate as you complete an estimated 20-30 calls per day with a primary focus on closing new business. This will be a mix of inbound and outbound sales calls as well as emails, prioritizing calls to warm leads
  • Provide a best-in-show experience and capitalize on every lead with potential customers, educating them on all aspects of Pumpkin's policy and product offerings in order to consistently complete the sale
  • Analyze customer motivation by gathering information and exploring concerns while handling objections with ease
  • Act as a brand ambassador, establishing and building on positive experiences customers and potential customers have with Pumpkin
  • Actively collaborate with your team to provide the best customer experience
  • Participate in team meetings, elevating ideas around how to close more sales and/or improve the customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Experience in the Insurance or Animal Health industries
