Summary

Join Experian as a Customer Success Representative and help shape a new business, leading market reach for new and existing products. You will prioritize opportunities, solve problems across functional units, and bring creative solutions to complex challenges. The role requires collaboration with team members, peers, and stakeholders, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will field client questions, provide training, consult on best practices, and coordinate support resources. Requirements

  • Experience Managing multiple tasks, and prioritize multiple work items
  • Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a constantly changing environment
  • Knowledge of human capital management systems or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings
  • Can expect and navigate obstacles
  • You can interpret data and present professional content to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Field general questions regarding the Verification Fulfillment service from clients
  • Provide service and platform training to clients
  • Consult with clients on best Verification Fulfillment practices to achieve usage results
  • Coordinate handling of inquiries and disputes
  • Provide standard performance / usage reports
  • Coordinate internal support resources to solve identified concerns
  • Cross-collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure our service and delivery delivers on 100% client commitments
  • Be a client advocate to address issues
  • Join meetings to serve as Verification Fulfillment subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with other leaders on this multi-year, major strategic initiative to build a new business
  • Grasp new technologies and learning a new business
