Summary
Join XRHealth, a company redefining healthcare delivery through virtual reality (VR) and digital health technology, as a Sales & Customer Success professional. Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, primarily with healthcare providers. Provide ongoing customer success management to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor solutions. Track and report sales and success metrics. Represent XRHealth in webinars and demos. Provide field feedback to inform go-to-market strategies. This is a remote role, currently open to candidates residing in MA, CT, TN, or KY.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales and/or customer success, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health
- Proven experience working in or with startups
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- A "builder" mindset β youβre not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle β from lead generation to closing deals β primarily with healthcare providers, clinics, and strategic partners
- Support onboarding and provide ongoing customer success management to ensure high satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with the product and operations team to tailor solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers
- Track, analyze, and report sales and success metrics using CRM and internal tools
- Represent XRHealth in webinars and demos, with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
- Provide feedback from the field to inform go-to-market strategies and product improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS or medical device products
- Background in DME, RTM, or health reimbursement models
- Passion for virtual reality or digital therapeutics
