Requirements

  • You are in your final year of business or engineering school or have 1-2 years of experience

  • You enjoy tackling new challenges and understanding technical aspects to address them in the best way possible

Responsibilities

  • Integrate client data
  • Supporting our clients in implementation
  • Understanding the technical and financial needs of B2B clients across all sectors
  • Mastering programming languages to automate our internal processes (Python, VBA)
  • Being proficient in Excel to solve client issues (Excel matrices)
  • Providing suggestions to clients and other Customer Success services to offer the most suitable solution to their needs, considering technical constraints
  • Communicating with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the rapid implementation of Agicap
  • Creating the tools of tomorrow to facilitate client setup for all CS services in France and globally. (Using Cloud technologies with Python)
  • You will contribute to the automation and industrialization of the processes within our CS France teams and eventually globally
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a complex technical platform that will serve the entire Customer Success department at Agicap
  • You will establish the necessary documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
  • As a true representative of the client internally, you will be responsible for communicating their needs to the product teams to help prioritize new features
