Summary

Join Fortanix, a leader in data-centric cybersecurity, as a Customer Success Engineer. This role blends project management, problem-solving, advisory, and technical skills. You will lead customer workshops, design and implement our platform, drive product adoption, and ensure customer success. Success is measured by customer usage, renewal, and expansion. You will act as the customer's voice within the company and support the sales cycle. Travel may be required. Requirements

  • Hands-on 8+ years of recent Customer Success Engineer or Professional Services experience implementing an enterprise technology platform
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong technical skills are required
  • Ability to work in a highly fast paced, rapid growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead business and technical design workshops with customers
  • Design, Configure and Implement our platform
  • Drive product adoption, usage and account expansion
  • Ensure customers are wildly successful and renewing and referenceable
  • Be the voice of the customer with engineering, product management and rest of the company
  • Support the sales cycle
  • Travel might be required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python and encryption technologies like HSM, KMIP, PKI, JCE
  • Fundamental understanding of networking and TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of a wide range of technologies: Database (MSSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, MySQL, etc), Storage, Virtualization, Containers, Network Load Balancers
  • Experience with designing resilient architectures
  • Ability to produce technical documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of Encryption and Key Management
  • Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages
