Summary

Join BizAway, a fast-growing international B2B scale-up, as a Customer Success Executive. You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, onboard new corporate clients, create onboarding documentation, identify client growth opportunities, monitor potential threats, define quarterly OKRs, collaborate with the sales team, and proactively propose improvements. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, 1+ year of B2B account management/customer success experience, a proactive and flexible attitude, and a hunger to learn. Requirements

  • Fluent level of English, and native level of Spanish, any other language between Italian / French / Portuguese / German / Dutch is a plus
  • 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management / customer success role

  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc
  • Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
  • Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups
  • Any other language is a plus
