Requirements
- Familiarity with career centers, ABA/NALP reporting, recruitment timelines, and On-Campus Interviews (OCI)
- Experience in customer success, account management, or career services support
- Strong presentation, relationship management, and content creation skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law school partners, providing expert guidance on career center operations and recruitment processes
- Support law schools in ABA/NALP reporting and ensure partners are on track with OCI and recruitment timelines
- Lead webinars, 1:1 sessions, and create engaging content to enhance product knowledge and partner success
- Proactively monitor partner health and ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction
