Requirements

  • Bring extensive experience as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Be an excellent communicator, quickly build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enjoy working "hands-on" and independently
  • Impress with your organizational talent and always keep track of your projects
  • Speak fluent German and English

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a passionate Customer Success Management team ensuring the retention and expansion of our customer portfolio
  • Be the central contact person for medium-sized to large companies located across Europe and operating in various industries
  • Familiarize our customers with our software
  • Ensure that customers understand the value of our software and help them to optimally use SHERPANY
  • Provide consulting services to customers, continuously inform yourself about their needs and further develop customer relationships (up-selling)
  • Document the customer journey in the internal CRM and support the team in continuously improving our product
  • Regularly exchange information with colleagues from product, sales and marketing
