Summary

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or related field (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • Brings expertise in metrics tracking, CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and project coordination
  • Has proven project management skills, including task planning, delegation, and process improvement
  • Excels in customer-facing roles, problem-solving, and juggling multiple projects
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Has excellent communication, organizational, and tech-savvy skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding process and help customers hit the ground running
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and aligning our solutions to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and address customer needs
  • Monitor customer progress, track success metrics, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Share product insights, industry trends, and best practices with customers
