Summary
Join AMPECO, a company accelerating positive change in clean technologies, as a Technical Customer Success Manager. You will drive technical implementation and success for clients, serving as the primary point of contact for technical onboarding, integration, and optimization. This role blends hands-on technical guidance with project management, ensuring solutions align with client objectives. Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles in a software company, preferably SaaS product company
- Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining strategic client relationships, leading strategic online meetings and training programs
- Advanced technical proficiency with proven ability to master complex software systems and technology stacks
- Demonstrated growth mindset through consistent self-directed learning and a proven ability to acquire new skills as needed
- Superior communication, stakeholder and project management skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Fluent English and French (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Develop deep product expertise, serving as an authority on our product suite's features, capabilities, integrations and enterprise-wide deployments
- Provide expert guidance and strategic support to drive optimal product utilisation by customers
- Understand our clients' business models to align product capabilities with customers' long-term business strategies
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, driving business value and innovation
- Oversee and optimise customer onboarding processes, continuously contributing to enhance the onboarding experience
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders to drive complex implementations and strategic initiatives
- Establish a systematic approach to gather and analyse customer feedback ensuring requirements are addressed by respective teams
- Provide strategic consultation on market positioning and product value maximisation
- Lead the discovery of expansion opportunities by leveraging understanding of customer challenges and business expansion goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and/or interest in the eMobility and electric vehicles industry
- Experience with leading online meetings and/or training sessions with customers
- Experience in writing software specifications, use cases, and documenting customer requirements
