Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- One year of relevant and transferable experience (e.g., Sales, Marketing)
- Demonstrated research skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish language
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with deployment and ongoing use of solutions
- Gathering customer feedback, facilitating any issues with support and engineering
- Identifying new use cases for solution within Customer organization
