Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One year of relevant and transferable experience (e.g., Sales, Marketing)
  • Demonstrated research skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish language

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with deployment and ongoing use of solutions
  • Gathering customer feedback, facilitating any issues with support and engineering
  • Identifying new use cases for solution within Customer organization
